Please join us in congratulating our 2025 Kitchen Work Foundation Residency Award winner, Hannah Wong!

This Spring, for the week of April 21st-26th, we will celebrate a selected culinary professional, who will take the creative reins at Heirloom Lodge in Housatonic, MA.

We received many incredible applications, promising chefs hoping to win a week running the show at Heirloom Lodge:

  • The support of the talented Heirloom Lodge kitchen staff in our open kitchen.

  • The access to top-of-the-line equipment including six high-powered induction cooking hobs, a 36” griddle and salamander, convection oven, Rational combi oven, substantial refrigeration and prep space, and many appliances and kitchen tools.

  • The freedom to showcase unique food, platings and culinary imagination to Heirloom Lodge restaurant patrons.

Meet our winner, Hannah Wong!

Hannah’s experience, longstanding dedication to cooking and to the restaurant industry, and a wonderful menu proposal separated her by a half-step from a handful of other terrific candidates.

Hannah’s work and her menu will be the focus at Heirloom Lodge from April 22 - 26, 2025, and dinner reservations are now open for that week.

The winner of this award was selected based on the strength of their menu proposal, resume, professional references, and interview.
